Checking for Signs of Life

Challenge Response: Begin by asking if the player can hear and observe for any signs of life.

Checking Breathing: Place cheek near the face to detect breathing. Look for chest rise and palpate the carotid pulse for 10 seconds.

Responding to Absence of Signs of Life

If no signs of life:

  • Call for Help: Immediately request assistance.
